Refund and Returns Policy

Transparency and a seamless car-buying process are our key concerns at Swiftcarbuyers. Although we work hard to make sure every transaction goes well, this policy describes how we handle returns and refunds in the extremely unlikely event that something goes wrong.

Conditions Under Which Refunds Could Be Granted

Mutual Agreement: You are under no need to sell your car if, throughout the evaluation process, we are unable to come to an amicable agreement on a price.

Material Misrepresentation: We reserve the right to modify our offer in the extremely unlikely case that there is a noticeable difference between the condition you reported for your car and the real condition after examination. In certain circumstances, we may decide to cancel the sale and issue a complete refund, or you may decide to accept the updated offer.

Title Issues: We will cancel the deal and return your vehicle to you with a complete refund of any down payment paid if unanticipated title issues prohibit us from completing the acquisition.

Non-refundable circumstances

Completed Transactions: A transaction is deemed complete and non-refundable once the sale is concluded, all documentation is finished, and money is distributed. For both sides, this guarantees a final and secure transaction.

Damage to car After Sale: Once the sale is completed and ownership has been transferred, we are not liable for any damage to the car.

Time of Refund

Should a refund be appropriate in the circumstances mentioned above, you should anticipate receiving it by your original payment method (check, bank transfer, etc.) within 30 business days.

Conflict Settlement

We pledge to address any worries you may have in a timely and courteous manner. Should there ever be a disagreement over the return policy, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. We shall put out great effort as a team to find a just and cooperative solution.
